Well I had a wonderful time at the Hilo Orchid Society meeting on the 2nd Saturday of July. While I was there, a friend gave me a flower from their Phalaenopsis violecea var. Cerulean. I was able to bring it home and breed it to my Phal. violecea. So hopefully I will get some seed pods on my mother plant. If I get seed pods, I will hopefully be able to start the seeds & have tons of seedling plants to grow & mount everywhere. I may even sell some of them down the road, so keep checking back. Here is a picture of the mother plant just after orchid sex.
More to come as the breeding develops it takes a few days to tell if the breeding was possibly successful.
